Debut Novel by Jewels (6/26/2020)

Presented through a queer lens, “The Black Jewel” follows Diamond Amadeus, a double minority who struggles to find his footing in college. His biggest priority in life is finishing college with perfect grades. This all changes when he encounters a stranger named Vassago, who takes him on a metaphysical journey to the enchanted yet poisoned world of Ardis to connect with his spiritual energy. This task won’t be easy as Diamond discovers that an ancient prophecy predicts that he will bring about the end of Days if he completes the connection. Diamond and Vassago must fight side by side to restore Ardis before deciding to either destroy it or liberate its people. What will he choose?
